Custom logo and custom insert pages are available and not included in prices. Please call us to ask for more information about how we can customize these products for you. We can help you create the custom die with which to imprint your company's logo. The die charge is only for the first time an order is placed. There is no die charge for repeat orders.
Logos can be sent either as pdf file, illustrator file, or hard copy black on white. If scanned the image must be at a resolution of 300-400 dpi.
